Hong Kong proposes to amend its Copyright Ordinance, (as the laws are called). The IP Department has issued a consultation paper.  The main intention is to cover AI generated content,  AI content creators (who might not own copyright) and machine learning models which may use other works.

This is in addition to a separate consultation on fair use rules for libraries, museums and archives.
